Trend Innovations Holding Inc. started in 2017 as FreeCook, a trading platform designed to connect food lovers with home cooks willing to sell on the Internet. The project appeared to serve as a beacon for the Company’s future directions.
In July 2019, FreeCook changed the Company’s name to Trend Innovations Holding Inc.
Later on, in 2019, the Company expanded by acquiring ThyNews Tech, LLC. The merger resulting in releasing Thy News App dated April 2019. The application’s main feature is a self-made news feed that users compile by choosing the sources.
At the first release, the database contained 24,000 processed news sources, and by December 31, 2019, this number increased by more than 75,000 sources.
The 2020 data shows that the number keeps growing. Between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2020, the Company acquired 50,000 more processed sources.

In May 2020, the Thy News team released an application that successfully implemented the cross-platform application to accelerate development and optimize functionality.
The next step took place in spring 2020 with Trend Innovations Holding Inc. purchasing Lemalike Innovations - an AI company providing services in IT consulting. Their services, among others, included optimizing companies’ information systems with regard to internal business.
Lemalike Innovations offers comprehensive solutions of introducing AI to various companies. It helps improve their financial performance and leads to increased profitability.
In return, the Company improves its own growth dynamics steadily over the years.

In 2021, the development of the Thy News application was actively carried out, and updates with improved functionality are already available to users in AppStore, PlayMarket.

The addition of the TOP YouTube section is the next step. Users will have an opportunity to create feeds with YouTube videos channels. It will enable them to view the latest video updates without leaving the application. This update will add uniqueness to the application's functionality and distinguish it from other news aggregators.
Having also analyzed the geography and languages of users, the Company launched the development of application localization. The goal is to ensure that application interaction gains only good experience in international markets. Such an opportunity will be implemented in 2022.
