On March 23, 2020, the database of processed news sources for Thy News application had 149,000 items. Thanks to this, it has become even more extensive and diverse for users to make a choice.

While just adding new sources, Thy News also plans to offer users an “Offer A Source” feature. In case you are unable to find a source you are looking for, you can use this function to add it.

This new development will provide an even greater selection of sources.

Since 2018, FreeCook (OTC Markets: FRCK) has monitored activities of Repia in connection with IT consulting solutions using artificial intelligence. Becoming more and more inclined to acquire Repia, FreeCook analyzed the 2019 financial results of Repia compared to those of 2018.

According to the 2019 results, Repia reached a turnover of 675,197 EUR, which is 306,051 EUR (or 182.91%) more than the turnover of 369,146 EUR in 2018. The income also increased to 538,711 EUR, which is 244,852 EUR (or 183.32%) more than the income of 293,859 EUR in 2018. It also should be noted that per the 2019 results, Repia showed a net profit of EUR 8,487 and became profitable, which is an important indicator of the company’s growth.

On January 28, 2020, Repia changed its name to Lemalike Innovations.

Based on the annual analysis of the activities and Lemalike Innovations’ financial results, FreeCook proceeded to negotiate purchase of the company.

In February 2020, Thy News informed the public about transferring their app to cross-platform. Since that time, the team has formed a plan for transferring the application to cross platform. It has the following stages:

Initial user interface development for Android and iOS platforms – 1 week;

Deploying a local database for the device; creating models of objects and business logic – 1 week;

Connecting the app to remote server; debugging work of local and remote databases – 2 weeks;

User interface adjustment – 2 weeks;

Testing and debugging iOS and Android – 2 weeks.

The transfer will take approximately 8 weeks. The team also expects to form a plan for development of new app functions and redesigning.
